About Rosie

Rosie Fletcher is a UK-based Intimacy Coordinator working across film, television, commercials, and independent productions.

Her approach is rooted in collaboration, clear communication, and emotionally truthful storytelling. She works closely with directors, performers, and production teams to create environments where intimate work can be approached safely, creatively, and with confidence.

With experience both on set and within performance-led creative spaces, Rosie understands the vulnerability required of actors during scenes involving intimacy, nudity, hyper-exposure, power dynamics, and emotionally sensitive material. Her work supports performers while remaining deeply connected to the directorโ€™s vision and the needs of the story.

Rosie trained with the SAG-AFTRA accredited organisation CINTIMA and is a member of Bectu and Equity.

She is particularly passionate about grounded, human storytelling and believes that when performers feel informed, supported, and empowered, stronger work emerges on screen.

Based in London and available internationally.
